Hey, FanBros! This weekend, the Tribeca Film Festival is expanding past their usual variety of independent films and are now presenting the first Tribeca Games Festival. For the next two days, they will be rolling out some of the leaders in the gaming industry and will have live keynotes available to be viewed at the Tribeca Twitch Channel. And FanBros will be right alongside to bring you coverage.
The keynote subjects will range from retro gaming to VR to incoming projects in the near future. Be sure to catch many industry legends on stage, such as Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid, Death Stranding), Ken Levine (Bioshock) and Sam Lake (Max Payne series, Alan Wake).

Sitting at the intersection of games, entertainment, and culture, the festival will include behind-the-scenes looks back at some of the most fascinating games of the past year, and conversations with cultural leaders and game industry insiders, including a conversation with legendary game creator, Hideo Kojima. The inaugural Tribeca Games Festival will take place April 28-29 during the Tribeca Film Festival at The Tribeca Festival Hub at Spring Studios.
The festival will kick off on Friday April 28 with the New York premiere of Telltale Games’ first-ever crowd play of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale series, Episode 1 and a concert headlined by British electronic producer and multi-instrumentalist Mura Masa.
