Slambros: Ironman Boman and The List
The Slambros return for the 12th 8th episode. While YC might be training on the far sides of the globe, The Boman is here to hold things down ironman style. RAW’s struggles could not be more real right now. Not only did they have to put on a show after a lackluster PPV, RAW had to complete against the first presidential debate of Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton. How did RAW handle the challenge? Not well. The dirt sheets are always filled with intriguing finds. The WWE may want to bring Matt Hard and his broken brilliance back under the watching eye of “MeekMahan.” Randy Ortan jumps in on the Colin Kaepernick debate in a series of tweets. Rounding things out, Ryback is in talks with Bellator for a possible fight. Could this be is another subtle jab at CM Punk? The shade is real out here.
Boman has recaps of Clash of Champions, RAW, Smackdown Live and Lucha Underground. While RAW struggles to create a new identity and shake old habits, Smackdown Live champions on, adding stakes to feuds and revealing believable motivations for its characters. Dario meanwhile has a coke filled night booking wrestling matches for Lucha Underground.
Rounding things out, Boman presents a list. A list of black wrestlers to maybe get excited for. 2016 has been a great year for diversity in the WWE. Never before has the WWE roster been filled with so much talent from diverse backgrounds, styles and nationalities. At the same time, never has there been this many black wrestlers on the active roster. Could one of them become a world champion for their brand? Boman thinks so. Tune in to find out who tops the list.
