The Legend of Korra Book 3 has Leaked: Stay off the Interenet
No sooner does show co-creater Michael Dante DiMartino announced production for Book Three of Legend of Korra was finished, four episodes of the show leak online. Over the weekend, Nickelodeon’s Mexico branch accidentally posted four episodes of the series to their streaming site. It wasn’t long before Nick was able to correct the mistake, but wasn’t fast enough before people were able to rip the episodes and post them online.
Nickelodeon has been working frantically to scrub the episodes from most streaming sites, but let’s be honest, this is internet. It’s only really making matter worst While leaks happen all the time, what makes this awkward is Book Three of Korra has no premier date and Nickelodeon hasn’t hinted at announcing one any time soon. Making this situation very frustrating for fans looking to avoid spoilers and BOY are there some big spoilers out there!
While I will not confirm nor deny whether or not I have seen the leaked material, I will stay there are some interesting changes for the show both on and off screen. Young Justice alum Melchior Zwyer has been trapped to direct a few episodes this season, ensuring that Korra will continue to have some of the best action scenes around. Fans looking to avoid spoilers should stay off the internet for the foreseeable future. If that is not a realistic option, avoid fan sites and tumblrs. Also, you might want to learn how to use filters on Twitter with TweetDeck. Good luck out there in the wild, but with no premier date in site, this looks to be a losing battle for virgin eyes.
